How can my company participate & benefit?

  • Host an exhibit booth to meet & / or interview candidates

  • Host informational sessions and interviews to spark future interest in your company

I'm in, how do I get my company signed up?

  • Our standard $500 package with introductory pricing includes a static exhibit space and 2 live zoom meeting rooms; we recommend one room is used for engagement and briefings, and one is used for interviewing.
  • Additional interview rooms can be added on for $100 each.
  • All of our Annual Sponsors and Sept 28th LLOA Summit Sponsors at $3k and above exhibit free of charge

    Then what?

    • You decide how you’d like to run your booth – interview rooms, general meet, and greets, presentations, etc.
    • We promote your participation through our social channels website, and Sept 28th Summit attendees – and we’d love you to promote it too!
    • You post your open positions to our website & interested candidates reach out to you with their resumes via the site
    • Your company decides who to interview and sets up time slots to do so!

    I'm not looking for a job, should I attend?

    • Yes – you should always be building relationships with other companies BEFORE you need a job! So come and meet our exhibiting companies.
    • You can also join our workshops and get advice from Leading Lady role models
